How To Order

��Welcome to Unique Printing & Sign website where you will find a wide range of printing and sign products required by your daily business - Business Cards, Fridge Magnets, Flyers, Sticker Labels, Carbonless Invoice/Quote Books, Self-ink Stamps and business vehicle signs like Car Door Magnets, Pre-cut Vinyl Lettering and a lot more.
��We are one of very few online printing companies provide FREE ARTWORK and UNLIMITED PROOFS to customers. If you are in one of the following situations, now you find the right place.

  • You already have a draft in mind or on a piece of paper, but don't know how to make artwork;
  • You have a design in Word/Publisher/Paint etc, but don't have skill and software to convert it into printable format which can satisfy the specific requirements set by professional printing companies;
  • You have a press-ready artwork from previous printing order or designer, but some of the details like address or phone number have to be updated.

Step 1 - Quote: Send us an email with all your requirements about printing, like size, quantity, colour(s), finishing, also a draft or design. If possible, tell us how and where you will use the printing products, these information can help us to choose right material and printing processing for you, then we can provide you a quote or diffent options on cost. We always try to reply client's enquiries the same day we receive, but if you didn't receive our reply in 2 days, please firstly check your junk mail folder or give us a call to check.

Setp 2 - Artwork: Mentioned above, we provide FREE artwork, prices listed on our website included artwork and unlimited email proofs. After you accept the quote, please send us as more details as possible about the artwork, we will start preparing artwork for you. In most cases, we can get the first proof done within an hour if clients provided very specific guide of the order. For orders we may spend more than 1 hour on the artwork, sorry, a non-refundable deposit may be requested, we are just trying to spend our limited time on most serious customers.

Step 3 - Approval: First email proofs will be sent to you very soon, normally within 1 working day. Check the proof you received and email us back with details to change. Second proof or third proof (if needed) will be sent much quicker, maybe few hours or few minutes. Again, it is UNLIMITED, we will modify the artwork until you totally happy and approve. Another note here, client take the responsibility to check all details on proof, included layout, spelling and numbers etc.

Step 4 - Payment: Once artwork approved, we will need your billing and delivery details to issue you invoice for payment. Prefered payment method is EFT bank transfer, you can find our bank account number on the tax invoice. Please use your invoice number as reference when make online transfer and also forward transfer receipt if convenient. We also accept VISA and MASTER credit card payment, but there is 5% surcharge to cover our fees.

Step 5 - Order Processing & Dispatch: Once cleared payment received, we will send your job to print. Usually, it will take 3-5 working days to produce the order and another 1-4 days to delivery Australia Wide. Currently, we are using Fastway Courier for metropolitan area in Australia. To WA, NT and country area, we will use AusPost and Startrack Express (surcharge may apply). By request, we will provide tracking number or link once order be disapthced.

Step 6 (Optional) - Feedback: We are planning to create a new testimonials page, your feedback and referral would be much appreciated. More and more businesses are getting online, if you have a website, please send us your web address together with feedback, photos and other contact information, so we can add your link on our website to bring your more visitors or clients.
