| 2. How long does it take you to make my product? |
| Usually it takes 3 - 5 working days to process normal order after the final artwork proof. Please allow 7-10 days to produce large quantity order. |
| 3. How can I pay for my order? |
| We accept most payment methods, include bank deposit, money order and cheque. We also use PayPal to receive credit card payment and international payment. |
| 4. What are acceptable artwork formats? |
| We accept most vector graphic format, like PDF, EPS, CDR, AI and WMF. To get best printing quality, above formats are recommended, as they can be enlarged to required size without any loss. However, JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIF files are also acceptable if they are saved at higher resolution. In all vector formats we require all text to be converted to curves & outlines.
